Equipment Editor V1 Up for testing

Finished the entirety of the CRUD functionality now for the Equipment DB and Editor.

I got 5 minutes until I have to make dinner so I am going to leave this here and get to that, not much to see different from yesterday's post as the majority of the work is on the back-end.

Next week I need to get a rudimentary slime equipment/stats UI implemented and then start on the dreaded AI.
